We talk about value of learning. Learning as a life long process.
Problem is - learnings in the past can build walls around our minds. We keep on using frameworks, tools, systems, or even learnings, which were cool in the past - thinking it is working now, and will work in future as well.
Technology is moving fast. Existing Business models are crumbling. Partnerships/teams/communications are getting more informal and flexible. Real time collaborations, diverse cultural teams, different time zones are becoming the norm.
We should have the ability to unlearn, the ability to have a clean slate,
ability to have a child mind set - where everything we see is fresh and new.
