Experience

Illustration of Christopher Columbus writing by candlelight in journal using quill

People I talk to, including me, are very busy. So many things are "happening".
Been busy is good, but if they are not reflected upon, they become mere "happenings". Life can be unforgiving if you only have "happenings"

"Experience" is an overrated word. Experience is not a substitute for happenings.

We get experience when we analyse and reflect our happenings. Or else we are overwhelmed.
To get experience, we need to reflect, on both bad and good. And we need to write them down. Then you will see some patterns. Find your own balance. I found these 4 habits useful.
