After prioritization, you know exactly what to do. Then comes the tricky part - to actually do that.

Super Post ! I feel Focus is a total mental thing. If you have a clear idea on what you want to achieve and the belief that you will focus no matter what distraction that comes to you; then you can survive the tide , focus well and complete your task/job successfully.
@chamindra - wonderful words !
human consciousness tends to drag "the Focus" to "past" or "future".Sometimes its necessary for survival ,but most times dwelling in these two leads to unhappiness? Any ideas about keeping the "focus" in present "time" and "space" ?
@ Senaka : Hi, nice to see you after a long time :) Well you know the answer...practice meditation..:)When you do this early in the morning,you will find yourself in present time and space all through the day.
